International young composers competition PentaTON
regulations for 2011 year.
In 2009 Nikolaev have selebrated 220 years from foundation day. The creative tasks in all age categories links to our shipbuiiders city.
The basic condition of competition is academical style of composing, «live» performance without recordings (excluding electro-acoustic composition).
To auditions the Musical schools pupils, Musical colleges and universities students, that create music for acoustic instruments or/and voice, are admitted.
The competition auditions are devided in three age categories:
The participants age pointing and relation to the age category will be made at the deadline day.
Every competitor have to fill the registration form. The incomplete filling of the registration form makes it unacceptable for consideration.
Every competitor have to provide (beforehand) 3 examples of the scores. If it is needed to use some extended stage thigs (chairs, brige, table, score-stands etc.) participant have to inform competition administration not later than 3 days before competition begin.
At registration (personaly or by mail) competitor have to provide completely filled registration form and copies of the documents: Birth certificat or passport (with photo and address), Idetification (social) code, high quality color photo.
THE COMPETITION WILL TAKE PLACE IN MAY, 12-14
The registration deadline is March 31 of the competition year.
